Svaneti salt (Georgian.Svanuri marili) or Svaneti mixture is a dry spice mixture that is traditionally used in Georgian cuisine. Svaneti salt is added as a universal mixture of herbs to meat and fish, as well as vegetable and potato dishes. It is used in soups, sauces, meat and fish dishes, vegetable salads, stews, marinades and pickles. But, for example, in Georgia, where almost every house has its own unique Svaneti salt recipe, it is simply used instead of salt, keeping a dish on the table. The name of the spice comes from the Svaneti region of Georgia, and although the spice is called salt, the universal spice mix is saturated with 22 different spices and herbs. Ingredients salt, Spice mix "Hmeli suneli" (coriander, leeks, dill, parsley, bay leaves, fenugrex, oregano, basil, fennel, cumin, turmeric, chili) garlic, thyme, dill, sweet pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin, onion powder, dill seeds, chilli Packaging 1: Glass Jar 2: Plastic Jar Country : Latvia
