Flax Seeds
Flax (Linum usitatissimum), also known as common flax or linseed, is a member of the Linaceae family. Grown primarily for its seeds, flax can be ground into a meal or processed into linseed oil, which is widely used both as a nutritional supplement and in wood-finishing products.
